This Privacy Policy explains how JetStream VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') handles personal information when you download, install, access, or use our mobile and desktop applications (referred to as the 'App'). We provide the service on a minimum-necessary basis and protect user privacy within the scope of this policy.

When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect information needed to operate the service, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status, diagnostic logs, and session duration. To recommend suitable routes and improve stability, we may process approximate device location. This data is used for: 1. node and route recommendations; 2. anonymized aggregate analysis of regional connection quality; 3. necessary service updates, security notices, or account communications. We do not use sensitive information for purposes unrelated to this Service.

We only transmit anonymous or aggregated data to necessary third-party service providers (such as Google Play Services, Firebase, etc.) for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. Except in the following circumstances, we do not share personally identifiable information: 1. to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, or valid legal process; 2. when necessary to protect users, the public, or our lawful interests; 3. when working with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations for required operations. You may stop new App-side data collection by uninstalling the App.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a necessary retention period afterward. If you need to cancel your account or delete your personal profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that group. If such data is collected by mistake, we will delete it promptly. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and appropriate physical and electronic safeguards to protect data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal, regulatory, or business changes. Please review this page regularly. Continued use of the Service after updates are published means you accept the revised policy. This policy is effective as of October 4, 2025.
