This agreement is a legal contract between you and JetStream VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, accessing, and using the App and related VPN services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, resell, rent, or create derivative works from the App, related trademarks, content, or services. Intellectual property rights in JetStream VPN and related software belong to the Service Provider or authorized rights holders. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or pricing rules and will notify users where reasonably required. You are responsible for device security and account credentials and should avoid jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted plugins that may create service or data risks.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you are also subject to those third parties' applicable terms and privacy rules.

Service limitation notice: the App depends on an available network environment (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signal, carrier policies, regional restrictions, or user configuration errors. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. Roaming charges outside your country of origin are your responsibility. Before using the App, ensure that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own conduct and must comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules. Although we strive to maintain route information, clients, and service availability, some data or functions may depend on third-party services, so we do not guarantee access to every service in every region at all times. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install updated versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in reasonable circumstances. After termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Non-Refund Policy: Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, digital services, software licenses, and subscription benefits are generally considered delivered once activated and are not refundable.

Customer Support: If you encounter installation, login, connection, or subscription issues while using JetStream VPN, contact support and we will assist with troubleshooting and reasonable solutions.

Technical Issues: If occasional technical issues affect use, we will work to repair them or provide alternate routes. Network fluctuation, regional restrictions, or third-party platform changes do not automatically entitle a user to a refund.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds may be refused and service may be restricted if an account, subscription benefit, software license, or digital access is shared, resold, abused, or used for prohibited activity.

Policy Changes: We may update this refund policy based on business, legal, or payment-channel requirements. Updates take effect after publication on the website.
